Our team includes a mixture of researchers, facilitators, project managers, and product developers, with backgrounds that range from policy analysis and law to cognitive psychology and social work, and even to anthropology and journalism!

Spark offers a competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience and a full benefits package including health, dental, life, and disability insurance; retirement plan; paid time off, holidays and maternity/paternity leave; wellness programs; and a flexible work schedule. Spark team members can occasionally work from home and some travel is required, but the majority of time is expected to be in the Denver office.
