Step 5: Collective Interpretation to Improve Strategies

Once the data collection tools are designed, strategic learning switches gears, from planning to implementation. After you collect data, analyze or summarize it, and present and talk about it with your Learning Team, the next step is to take what you’ve learned and collectively interpret what it means for your strategy, using the learning to improve your strategy. This learning can happen on an ongoing basis, at predefined times tied to key moments in the strategy, at regular intervals, or all three!

Goal: To use the information you collected to make improvements to your strategies
