Kerri is the Director of Learning at Spark Insight Partners, where she leads product design and delivery of transformational learning. As a learning scientist at heart, she is passionate about helping organizations transform their professional development programs into participatory, experiential learning engagements that get results.

Dr. Kerri Laryea is the Director of Learning at Spark Insight Partners. Dr. Laryea earned her Doctorate in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and holds a Masters in Public Administration. She is also a certified coach with the International Association of Coaching and a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant.


Throughout her career, Dr. Laryea has partnered with global organizations in both the public and private sectors. As a consultant, she worked in industries including Technology, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Non-profit, and Healthcare. She also has extensive experience working in the online higher-education space with Western Governors University as a Curriculum and Assessment Director, as well as Pearson Education and Thomson Reuters.


Dr. Laryea has more than 20 years of experience transforming people, products, and systems in global organizations, with specific focus on whole-systems culture change, design thinking, and increasing business agility. Kerri is a learning scientist with a diverse instructional design background. She is a “agilist” with a strong organizational development and team performance focus.


Dr. Laryea is known for her human-centered design and participatory approach to innovation and organizational change. She applies her expertise in experiential learning, creative inquiry, and competency-based education to transform team effectiveness and facilitate innovation and creativity within leadership teams. Kerri is a skilled facilitator, experienced leader, and adept communicator with a proven ability to analyze learning needs, design learning interventions for leadership growth opportunities, and then introduce strategic solutions to achieve the business goals.
